Fancy Sole
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of sole filets
1 roll (35) Ritz Crackers, coarsley crumbled
1/2 cup margarine
1 finely chopped onion
2 Tablespoons cold water
1 can Cream of Celery soup
8 ounces of sour cream

Saute onion in margarine until transparent. Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled crackers and water. Place a mound of stuffing on each filet. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place in a 9 x 13 pyrex uncovered dish.

Blend the soup and sour cream together and spread over the filets.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes

Sprinkle with paprika when serving and enjoy!
