Joan's Chicken Wings
2 1/2 to 3 lbs chicken wings
1 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons tomato Ketchup
1/2 clove garlic chopped fine

Discard chicken wing tips. Cut balance of wings in half and lay evenly in 9" x 13" dish. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over wings.

Bake: 375 degrees for 1 hour

P.S. Lay tin foil loosely over dish when wings are well browned to prevent burning.
