Louise's Mocha Tart |
1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 quart coffee flavored ice cream 2/3 cup chocolate sundae sauce 2 Tbsps coffee liqueur or rum
Reserve 1/4 cup of the cookie crumbs for decoration. Combine crust with remaining cup of crumbs and next 3 ingredients. Press into pie plate (do not cook). Spread slightly softened ice cream evenly in shell and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Place in freezer. |
