1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (10oz)
1 Tbsp butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Approximately 1 lb fresh or frozen lobster chunks
3 cans (4.2 oz) solid white tuna fish
6 bought puff pastry shells ( vol-au-vent patty shells)
In large pot over medium heat, stir together the cheese, soup (no milk added), butter and seasonings until smooth and creamy. Add lobster "or" tuna and cook just till heated through.
Warm patty shells in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes. Overflow with Seafood Newburg, sprinkle with paprika (optional), and serve immediately.
Makes a very nice presentation along with mashed potatoes and green veggies. And, the nice part is that it can be put together in a very short time. The sauce is quite delicious. Enjoy!
